However, there is a wisdom that we continually speak of when we are among the spiritually mature. It’s wisdom that didn’t originate in this present age, nor did it come from the rulers of this age who are in the process of being dethroned.

Our airspace is overrun with so very many voices and opinions that it is easy to just succumb to the thinking that the problems in our nation are just too complicated to solve. Even if a viable remedy tries to surface around any issue, it is quickly dispelled by such amplified displays of negative emotion, that  reasonable temperaments needed for consensus are no where to be found.

Above the demonic decibels comes a voice crying louder, yearning for all of us to hear it. It is “wisdom calling and understanding raising her voice”.(Proverbs 8:1) While some speak of God’s intervention in our national affairs as unnecessary and regard those who prefer it as the real problem, the real truth is that God’s wisdom can make all the difference.  But, are we humble enough to listen?

From the pages of scripture come powerful principles and insights on how to make families, societies, and even economies flourish. From the mind of Holy Spirit comes creative solutions, witty inventions, and innovative strategies to bring strength and restoration to the life of any nation. In fact, the Father’s mandate is that the nations be discipled with his wisdom in his ongoing work of redemption. He loves making all things new. If we could just stop our own crying out, our own displays of frustrated emotion for even a moment and let Lady Wisdom have her turn at the mic, we will surely discover that the solutions we so desperately need are not far from us.
